1. Service Refunds

Because detailing is a labour-based service:

Refunds are not offered for completed services.

If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We may offer a re-clean or touch-up at our discretion.

2. Store Product Returns

We accept returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unopened

The item is in original packaging

You can provide proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued once the item is inspected and approved.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 7 days

Provide photos and order details
A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
